    Organizational structure: OBJECTIVES Our objectives are achieved through collaborative and interactive programs which include: 1. Entrepreneurs skills development 2. Resource mobilization ( credits, grants, information and technology) 3. International linkages ( conferences, seminars, consortiums, symposiums, workshops etc) ACTIVITIES: ALCOMLAP’s activities span the following areas: 1. Entrepreneurship training and exchanges. 2. Research, consultancy and advisory services. 3. Networking services, information dissemination and advocacy 4. Community and group driving projects. ACHIEVEMENTS ALCOMLAP’s achievement includes: Trainings 1. Basic entrepreneurship training for 70 students in the university of Ibadan Nigeria. 2. Fund raising and implementation of a conference on quality health under the theme “Sound Health, The key to Quality Education” in partnership with SYHED Nigeria. 3. Designed and implemented the first West African Youth Entrepreneurship Summit in Nigeria 2008 in collaboration with the Center for Enterprise Development and Active Research (CEDAR) Nigeria. 4. Trained 150 youth’s group leaders and 750 youths on entrepreneurship training. 5. Facilitated 58 youth in Meme Division, South West of Cameroon to acquire loans from the government through the Support Program for Rural and Urban Youth ( PAJER-U) with capital ranging from 800,000frs to 6,000,000frs. 6. Mentoring, Coaching, evaluation and follow-up of 124 youth businesses in the South West Region of Cameroon. 7. Trained 80 students in the University of Buea on how to start up sustainable businesses in collaboration with the International Platform for Young People to Discover and Develop the Potentials (AIESEC). 8. Organized a first Meme Youth Leadership Symposium to launch the celebration of 2009 International Year of the Youth.
