Organizational structure: |
1. T-GROUP: which is the transformation group is the department that works on the mindset of the young people, helping them to learn, un-learn and relearn. This group is the first department the young people come in contact with, they get to change and adjust their mind set, understand who they are, their strengths and weaknesses.
The group members are volunteers in universities and youth corp members who are trained by flickers of hope as volunteers.
2. R-GROUP: which is the reformation group is the department that works with special students who have peculiar cases; either they cannot read and write at all, or they have lost confidence in themselves and cannot move straight into the information group (formal school).
3. I-GROUP: which is the information group is the department in charge of taking the students back to school, they are in charge of career guidance and counselling, locating schools and the admission process of the students. |
Number and type of members: |
1. GOLD FLICKER: is one who is connected to a child and gives responsibly to see that particular child through school, the background, capability and progress of the child is given in details to this flicker and he/she can decide any other thing he/she wants to be done to help the child. we have 5 gold flickers
2. DIAMOND FLICKER: is one who gives to the cause (educating children) not being specific about the number or the child he wants to sponsor.
