    Organizational structure: Within the National Secretariat are the various units with their staffs who assists the National-Facilitator with administrative functions in relation to the secretariat and the coordination of other state chapters; programme staff (Volunteers) who are charged with the responsibility of project implementation, monitoring and evaluation; the finance staff who operate the organization’s financial system.     Number and type of members: The Nigeria Youth Climate Coalition (NYCC) is a network of young people that provides a robust platform where youth led organizations working on Climate Change and other sustainable environmental issues interact and learn from each other, thereby giving a united voice and coordinating young people’s response to climate Change issues, as it affects the socio-economic growth and development of Nigeria, nay Africa and the world at large. NYCC is made of young people between the ages of 15- 35 years and have over 250 registered members
