Our organization (network) has a link with the Ministry in charge of Youth and United Nations Prorams (UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP).
A president is elected each 02 years.
When the president elected belongs to a federation, the next comes from non governemental organisation.
Our organization is composed like that:
a president, 02 vice presidents, 02 general secretaries and specialized services (finance, communication, training)
The members of the network execute themselves, activities all around the country (Côte d'Ivoire).
But the network have been granted by the United Nations Programs for Development (UNDP)with 35222 dollars US to support 02 members in agriculture and commerce |
Number and type of members: |
37 members involving 07 youth associations and federations. We quote for instance the Scouts and tne communale youths which are the most important and 30 non governemental oragnizations (NGO)which the most important is Ivorian Association for family wellbeing (AIBEF).
We quote to say that youth federations are sort of small network themselves that include some other youth organisations such as confessional organisations (prostestant and muslim).
NGOs are community-based organisations for the majority. |
