    Organizational structure: The organization is manged by the board of directors at policy level, executive committee at the management level, and volunteers at the community level
    Number and type of members: Membership of HACEP is open to all who meet the professional guidelines as per the existing policies and procedures except: 1) Persons under the age of 18 years 2) Persons of unsound mind 3) Persons of undischarged liabilities Such membership shall be of two (2) types: 3.1 ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP Ordinary membership shall be all those with full time and part time professional staff of HACEP who are recruited or joined on the basis of their background, training, and experience. 3.2 ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP Associate membership shall be limited to those professional who posse the requisite qualification, training, and experience but not necessarily employees of HACEP. Such members shall be assigned to specific tasks relevant to their back ground on short term basis. Currently we have 10 member board of directors and five staff
