The organization is governed by a set of BOD. It is led by an Executive Director in close coordination with the management committee - the heads of three major units of the organization which are Community Organizing, Advocacy, and Admin and Finance. The organization has number of field staff that work directly the older people in communities especially the poor communities throut the country. In every community we have developed and trained local leaders and volunteers who are the facilitators of community development initiatives in responding to the issues of the older people |
