The organization is managed by an Executive Council which consist of (A)Executive Director; he is the principal of the organization.(2)He direct the affairs of the organization.(3)He preside over all meetings.(4)He has veto power in case of a dispute and strong arguments.(5)He has a costing vote.
(B)Project Director; He preside over meetings in the absence of the director.
(C)Director of Finance; He is responsible for the overview of the organization’s accounts.
He is responsible for preparing the accounts of the organization. He keep the books of accounts of the organization. He is responsible for preparing the budget for the organization.
(D)Secretary; He is responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondence of the organization.
(E)Treasurer; He/she keep the funds of the organization.
Election of Executives: a. Any member of the organization is eligible to contest for executive position, unless otherwise stated. b. All the executives shall be elected by secret ballot at a general meeting of the organization. c. All executive members shall hold office for four consecutive years. They shall, however be eligible for re-election for another term of office. |
