    Organizational structure: The work of the civn is done entirely by volunteer members; we have no paid staff. The Executive Committee, comprised of our founders, secretary, treasurer and chairs of our operating committees, manage the day to day decisions for the civn. Policy decisions are managed by the Board of Directors.
    Number and type of members: Members have the opportunity to serve on various committees. By doing so, they become immersed in the issues facing the community. We meet to hear a variety of community leaders, engage in dialog. The organization has 1,000 registered members who are indigenous women and youth from the North rift region-kenya.The members register once they enroll as members.Women in the organization are those indigenous women whose domestic rights have been violated
