The highest policy making body of the organization is the Board of Directors. It exercises leadership
role and provides strategic direction of the organization as well as its oversight. It ensures that the
mission, goals and objectives are carried out by the management. Being the main body that steers the
organization, the Board is composed of independent and public minded persons working for the organization
in a voluntary capacity. They have the required qualifications and competencies that befit the principles of
the Foundation. A seven member management team supervise the day to day activities of the organization and reports to the Board of Directors.AField and Programs Coorditor reports to the management team |
