Mission statement:	SPLAR Foundation is an international NGO which started its Côte d'Ivoire Branch in 2005. The main goal of the foundation is to help and assist poor people in African countries in some strategic areas. Those areas are various and concern all the activities which can contribute to human benefit. Splar brings : 1-humanitarian aid to people who suffer of disaster 2- help orphan and physically handicapped 3- medical aid to poor people and old persons 4-promotes social centers 5- promote international friendship and intercultural exchanges between African countries, Europe and India 6- Promotes physical health (sport)and preventive health in order to avoid blood pressure and diabetes and campaign against vitamin deficiency, 8- Reinforcement and development of intellectual capital by the organization of seminars, training, meetings, conventions and conferences in some strategic area like creativity, research techniques, entrepreneurship, medicine, business management in order to fight against poverty, sciences and technology deficiency and health assistance, 9-Development and management of technological projects (computer for poor people) 10-Financing « self help group » in projects creation for poor people. All these activities are conducted under the supervision of SPLAR Foundation, USA.

Organizational structure:	SPLAR has a Chairman and Founder who is in USA. In Africa SPLAR is managed by a General Manager who works his staff. SPLAR has some representatives in the other African countries where it is present.
