    Organizational structure: The organizational structure is comprised of a 5 member Board of Directors and is headed by an Executive Director. There is a Program Coordinator, a Development Communications Specialist and a Finance and Administration Officer. There are 7 Program Officers headed by a Senior Program Officer. There are 4 Community Relations Officers. There are 2 Logistics Officers and a Front Desk Manager.
