    Organizational structure: Our organizational structure puts the General Assembly at the helm of decision making, a Board of Directors below the general assembly for policy formulation and fundraising, and Executive Management for day to day running of programs and activities at the bottom. There is a well organized organigramme showing different positions and different programs.
    Number and type of members: Presently EPDA has manpower of seven staff (4 females and 3 males). Of the seven, three are permanent staff (director, administrative assistance and accountant for general coordination and backup, two field paid workers and two volunteers. We recruit contract staff on adhoc basis to carry out certain specialized tasks.
