To share responsibility and decision-making as well as sustained commitment from both the law enforcement and the community with regard to safety and security needs.Basing our problem solving activities on a consultative approach that constantly seeks to approve responsiveness to identified community needs.To encourage greater contacts between neighbours and supporting the victims of crime through counseling.Never to take law into our hands and to find solutions to the local problem.to protect human rights of the local people.
