    Organizational structure: ICPDHR is headed by a board of seven and has its office in Kumasi. The Executive Director is responsible for the execution of the plan and programmes of the centre. ICPDHR has dedicated and committed volunteer staff with expertise in finance, health, administration and community mobilization. It also has trained community volunteers nationwide who help programme officers to organize activities at community level.
