Elyon is governed by a Board of Trustees made of persons of distinguished character and achievement in their fields of endeavor. The members of the Board are as follows:

The National Director sits in the Board as a non-voting member and is the Secretary to the Board.
The accounts of the Trust are audited on an annual basis and the report submitted to the Board of Trustees for deliberation. The External Auditors are Olago and Associates.

Advocates for the Trust are Ojienda and Co Advocates.
Consultants are Discern Limited.
Elyon Trust is headed by the National Director who is overall responsible for all operations of the Trust. Under her are the Head of Finance and Administration. National Coordinator, Piloting Officer, Head Agronomist, Field Crop Officers, Animal Husbandry Officer, Field operations are managed by regional coordinators who are currently 8 in number. They represent the 8 regions that Elyon is currently operating in. |
