    Organizational structure: ORGANOGRAM OF IOSD NIGERIA VERY BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS HOM, supervise all activities and programs of the organization Deputy HOM ECT – Designs, develops, and implements education, training & capacity building related interventions. Answerable to the HOM Deputy HOM MDGs – Heads IOSD intervention programmes on the seven MDGs. – reports to the HOM Deputy HOM Logistics/Operations – Coordinates the internal operations of the IOSD, including logistics associated with the activities of the Non-Nigerian personnel of the IOSD. – Reports to the HOM PO/ECT – takes directives from the DHOM ECT whom he/she also reports to. PO/MDG – Works under the DHOM MDGs to whom he/she reports to. Accountant – keeps the financial records of the organization and advises the DHOM Operations on financial management issues. Reports to the DHOM Operations. Legal Adviser – Discharges all legal duties, provide legal direction and advise to the management through the DHOM Operations whom he/she reports to. Head Admin – Performs HRM functions and reports to the DHOM Operations. IOSD NIGERIA MANAGEMENT BOARD – will comprise the 3 DHOMs chaired by the HOM.
