    Organizational structure: (BREADS) Bhaskar Rural education and Agriculture Development Society, is a non-profit making non-political, non-governmental and secular grass root voluntary organization operating since 2000 has founded by a socially conscious, dedicated team of likeminded to address the vulnerable sections of the society. Since its inception the organization is facilitating various developmental interventions in the field of Health, Education, Agriculture, Economic, Social and Cultural Empowerment of the most marginal and backward sections of the society, especially for the ,physically Challenged Persons, Women & Youth from the marginalized & downtrodden sections of the society.
