Mission statement:
TO FULFILL THE OBJECTIVES WHICH ARE SET HEREIN AS FOLLOWS, ARTICLE 6. OBJECTIVES OF TALADO General objective. To assist the Community get awareness by providing the Legal Aid, awareness on Civil and Political Rights, Social, Economic and Cultural Rights, collective rights and appreciate the development on the rights to living standard of the individuals’ life, particularly by improving the Social services such as Education, Health and Water in Tanzania. Specific objectives. 1. To cooperate with the Government, Public Institutions, Private Institutions, Civil societies Based Organizations, Tanzania Non Governmental Organizations and if it deem fit to work as the net work in improving living standard of people in facilitating the social services. This shall be done to a particular community, in respect to the culture, religious beliefs, nationalities and background of the people. 2. To cooperate with the lawful independent international institutions or organizations in Promoting, Protecting and enforcing the Human Rights so as to build awareness to citizens starting with wellbeing of their environments surrounding the community without affecting or violating the national laws in particular. This shall be done by providing the civic education from various parts of Tanzania, which is from Urban to Rural areas in collaboration with the Tanzania Government. 3. Without affecting the court procedures and systems, an Organisation intends to help in solving or settling various conflicts in cooperation with government by giving legal advice, legal education or legal aid where necessary so as to cure dispute which hinder the development in Tanzania societies starting from the family level. 4. To provide Professional writing knowledge on various matters such as in Research writing, Proposals, Official documents, languages courses and to do Research on various matters so as to grant the solutions and where it deem fit to advice the government on the discovered problems and sometimes to assist the government on handling such problems in our society so as to maintain the democracy and peace in Tanzania. 5. To deal with artistic works, Publications and others related matters by creating the centers through which the people starting with young generation will be encouraged to explore knowledge through encouraging reading books, magazines as one of the good source of knowledge. 6. To educate people about various existing domestic and international laws which concern with the national development in Tanzania particularly on the Investment, Trading and Human Rights Policies and other matters of the same kind. 7. To cooperate with the government in facilitating various matters relating to human right, Democracy, AIDS and developmental matters to improve the social services such as water, health and Education in Tanzania. 8. To provide knowledge, services and employment in a particular community so as to eradicate the big three enemies; Poverty, Diseases and Ignorance in Tanzania. 9. To help the vulnerable groups which include elders, women, children, disabled, indigenous and others by ensuring that they get their basic rights such as health, education and housing services. 10. To initiate, promote and organize the economic activities by creating different developmental programs such as agriculture and other means of fighting against poverty and creating an employment in our society.
