    Organizational structure: DAYO is governed through a board of directors composed of 7 individuals of high influence drawn from various institutions. DAYO has a membership of eighteen young individuals of which 56% are women. The board is charged with the responsibility for finance and accountability, policy formulation, day today monitoring of activities, resource mobilization and network building. While the membership is charged with Programme designing, delivery of services and Programme implementation including daily today basis management of services, The organization operates a sound financial management system that includes, thorough records and book-keeping, bank accounts, petty cash and payment and receipts system that promotes accountability and transparency in handling finances. The treasurer is charged with the responsibility of monitoring finances, advising the board on all financial matters and reports to the board on financial position of the organization.
    Number and type of members: we are a membership organization and we have 18 members and more than 80 young volunteers.
