Organizational structure: |
Board of Directors provides Governance, Audits,
Organization evaluation, Executive Director evaluation, Budget formation, Program oversight,
communications, Fundraising and can serve as Adhoc staff.
Executive Director is a part of the Board of Directors and provides Non profit management, Evaluations directs media.
Advisory Committee works alongside the Board of Directors to provide Strategic planning, Consultation on governance and assist in fundraising.
Staff are provided modest development funds to assist in the effectiveness of their work and handle program evaluation and design, Research, and public interaction/Events co-ordination.
General Volunteers act as a per project support system for the org that provide Technical assistance,administrative assistance and Clerical tasks.
Interns work with appropriate staff members to provide Program assistance, assistance with events, research and evaluation. |

Currently we are building greater capacity.
We have three Board of Directors including the Executive Director, two Advisors, three staff including the Executive Director and two Interns.
Throughout the year, we accumulate general volunteers for specific items that need to get accomplished and they are not considered a part of the main team unless they agree to work with us for an extended period of time in order to qualify as general support. |
