The General Assembly of members would pursue a national perspective while representation on the Executive Committee, the policy making instrument of FAWE, would ensure national participation. The establishment of affiliate provincial support groups, which have gradually, became formalized as subchapters, extended FAWE’s sphere of influence at the provincial level and increasingly to the grassroots. All three structures are coordinated by a secretariat serving to stimulate communication among members and to orchestrate national forums and networking among FAWE members and the government, other NGOsand partners.
