ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING AND STRUCTURE
STAFFING - Village Friends International is staffed with professionals from all fields of life, very successful and unarguably grounded on their various fields of endeavors. The staff structure comprises males and females both young and middle age that are truly committed to the goal of the organization. Our field officers are locals from areas where project are established.
PUBLIC RELATIONS - This department maintains healthy relationship with the public to meet our goals. Organization uses charities and sophisticated public relationship to raise fund and employ standard lobbying techniques with firms, people and grants organizations.
MONITERING AND CONTROL
Our performance will be measured by how well we fulfill our expectations and not simply by whether we turned in enough black ink on paper without exceeding our deadlines of more than can be handled. Projects will be executed using the most reliable. Efficient method. This department identify, coordinate and monitor projects progress. The project management department, a sub- of this department, will work hand in hand with our legal professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
FUNDING – This is predominantly through grants and local sources.
TECHNICAL AND RESEARCH
Concern with creating new bridges design with assisting rural women with the most modern acquisition of tools and implements and sourcing for financial support etc. |
