    Organizational structure: The organisation is purely youth oriented and has a board of trustees at its helm of authority. The board of trustees plays an advisory role, control and general management of the organisation's affairs and utilization of funds. The board constitutes of committees that assists operations of the organisation. The committees include; Technical and Programmes committee, and the Administration and finance committee. The Technical and Programmes committee has mandates of assisting in strategic planning processes, legal frameworks, donor engagement and resources mobilization. The Administration and Finance committee has a special mandate of advising resource management and ensuring that there is proper and transparent financial and human resources management in the organisation. Governance in the organisation follows a well coordinated process with the National Coordinator (NC) overseeing the day to day operations of the organisation. The NC in this regard occupies the highest level of authority in the chain of command before the board of trustees. The Programmes Coordinator (PC) plans and manage all programs and projects being implemented or planned by the organisation. PC is assisted by the three projects officer. At any given point in time the organisation has an internship program.
    Number and type of members: The organisation at full length of operation employs 8 full time staff members and 3 intern students.
