Organizational structure: |
The General Assembly is the highest decision making body of the organisation
The Board of directors - govern the affairs of the organisation. These are elected at the General Assembly
the Executive Board are responsible for the day to day operations of the organisation recruited by the Board of Directors
Volunteers and technical staff undertake research, projects identification, placement of specialist in communities
Members are responsible for assisting in hosting volunteers and assisting in mobilisation and undertaking project activities at the local and national level |

276 (two hundred and seventy six members) Members are made up of tertiary youth as well as graduates who are specialist interested in developing community based initiatives for sustainable development as well as engaging in policy development in their countries. Mostly based in Ghana with focal representatives begining initiatives in other parts of the world as VSD intends from 2011 to become an international organisation by 2015 |
