Mission statement:	This organization was founded in 2000 and the primary objective was to make our environment sustainable for future generation.here the watch word is sustainability in all ramification.our environment especially in Africa has been mismanaged.long ago the fauna and floral diversity in Africa in general and Cameroon in particular was so vast but today we are experiencing a drop in the vastness of the different kind of species.this geometric drop can be as a result of human activity and population pressure.There are lots of human activity now in Cameroon that are very crude and as such should be stopped.some of these activities can be,poor usage of fertilizers,lack of highly mechanize farm tools,indiscriminate killing of wildlife in the forest,and in the ocean,and the heavy demand for timber product leading the reduction of different tree species.human pressure can be seen in the high demand for finished goods as a result of the ever increasing population of Cameroon.With all these factors put in place biodiversity will be highly threatened.this organization has therefore taken up the responsibility to help sensitize the populace on the ills of human activity if not controlled and this will go a long way to protect and preserve our environment hence making it sustainable.The use of modern day techniques in harvesting these resources will be appreciated by Cameroonian farmers because this will increase their productivity and as such their household income.

Organizational structure:	This structure is arranged in decreasing order.CEO,BOARD OF DIRECTORS,LEGAL DEPARTMENT,SECRETARIAT,LIAISON OFFICERS,SUPPORT STAFF,DRIVERS.
Number and type of members:	87 MEMBERS. THESE MEMBERS ARE BOTH SKILLED,SEMI SKILLED AND UNSKILLED.
