    Organizational structure: the organizational structure consists of a board member trustee of seven- two males and five females. the day to day running of the organization is by an executive director assisted by programe manager, administrative officer and finance offices. we also have project coordinators under health, education and livelihood with three field officers resp under each coordinator respectively.
    Number and type of members: Types of members include people of like minds interested in our issues forty five, staff women 8 wile men six. volunteers eighty five.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Civil Society organiztions working on HIV/AIDS, CISHAN, Malaria ACOMIN, Gender violence - Gender based violence Network, Lagos State AIDS Control Agency etc
