Mission statement:	The primary objective of the Organization is to educate,enforce and implement the human rights of all Cameroonians including but not limited to eradicating child poverty through mass sensitization of the population targeting mostly children; The Charity aims to achieve its goals via education and training in conferences, seminars, workshops, round tables,lectures etc. Furthermore, it will organize events which will be geared towards informing the general public about their rights as provided for in national and international law; The organization has been lawfully registered under the terms of the Cameroon 1990 law creating the establishment of associations and organizations and in addition the organization has a binding constitution and will be produced should it become necessary for the relevant UN body to see it and this constitution clearly defines all the objectives and aims of the organization; In a nutshell, the above description stipulates the aims and goals of the organization which are geared towards the promotion and defense of human rights and good governance in Cameroon including the protection of the rights of the child and/or destitute children.

Number and type of members:	Three Founding Members for the time being in force;Members contribute towards the running of the Charity and is a not-for profit making organization; Members liability are limited by guarantee and they are liable to the extent of contributing to the assets of the company should it become liquidated in the future and the life span of this charity is for an indefinite period in line with its bye-laws.
