    Organizational structure: The organisation has a board of trustees who are at the apex and they work part time/volunteers under that is the management board which oversee the day to day running of the organisation led by the Executive Director under the management board is an advisory board:this is a pool of volunteers on sectoral basis thereafter there are the staff who implement the projects and are paid.
    Number and type of members: There a 50 members of the organisation. It is a multi-disciplinary, equal opportunity membership organisation
