There is a Management Board which acts as the governing body for YOCIC whose main function is to determine the vision of the organization as well as provide oversight in its programming.The advisory board offers support to the Management Board and its secretariat. YOCIC secretariat is led by the Programmes Manager who oversees the day today running of the office and programming. There is then the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer,Administration and Finance Officer and two Field Officers. |
