    Organizational structure: The National Director heads the Secretariat, which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organisation. The Director works with a management team comprising of the Finance and Administration Manager, Programmes Manger and Resource Mobilization Manager. Other staff members include two Programme Officers, an Accountant/Secretary and an Office assistant
