Organizational structure: |
The CIEDS organizes its institutional management from the Organization General Assembly, which elects the Executive Director, Head of the implementation of actions, which is directly linked to a Coordination Committee and the Financial and Administrative Management Regional Managers. It's important to emphasize the role of Technical Advisor, which acts as a support body to manage the technical aspects of project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and systematization.
The CIEDS has in its administrative, logistical and operational structure, a qualified staff in different areas, responsible both for the direct management of the organization as well as for the planning, project design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of actions. This structure includes the headquarters and other states where the branches are located.
In the direct work of each project there is a team led by a manager who is chosen from among the members of the competence area in which the theme of the project is located, and other technical areas designated to compose the team, which complement the theoretical needs and practices of the project in question. As appropriate, new employees are hired, according to the specific project under consideration.
hese aspects are strengthened in the Institutional Management System, which emanates from a Human Resources Policy that provides institutional guidelines that CIEDS believes. These guidelines are consistent with the characteristics of the organization and human resources that now appear in your frame, and reveals the desired profile of employees and describes the positions and their assignments. |
