    Organizational structure: PolDeC has a five-person governing Trustees comprising two women and three men of proven integrity, resourcefulness and unflinching dependability.The governing Trustees through the Executive Management led by the Executive Director makes decisions to the Staff. However, the Executive Director has the sole responsibility of steering affairs at the Secretariat. The Trustees on the other hand plays a proactive role in the organization’s entire project planning. Two of them are cosignatories to PolDeC’s accounts and strictly control access to funds as well as funds disbursement.
