    Organizational structure: The headquarters of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea is located in Bucharest, and there are also three branches in Istanbul (Turkey), Moscow (Russian Federation) and Brussels (Belgium). For the year-2012 strategic extention of the BSCSIF is with new member-countries, such as Belarus, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. The General Assembly is the leading body of the Organization, consisting out of all the Members (physical and juridical persons). The Board of Directors is a leading and collective managing body, assuring the execution do the Resolutions taken by the General Assembly. The President of the Association is assigned by the Board of Directors, by rotation, for a period of 2 (two) years out of the members of the Board of Directors, according to the rules of the Statute. The General Secretary, is proposed for assignment by the President of the Organization and is named in this position by decision of the Board of Directors.
    Number and type of members: The Members of the Organization are juridical or physical, Romanian or foreign persons, recognizing the Statute, and upon their free consent, agree to put in common, and without any right of reimbursement, material contribution, knowledge and contribution in labour, to communicate and cooperate, in an organized manner, for realizing aims and the objectives foreseen in the Statute. The organization has the following categories of members: a) Founder Members; b) Members (juridical or physical persons); c) Members of Honour; The members of the organization are academics, scientists and distinguished public figures, at the moment there are 70 members, among them 13 juridical persons –big influential companies specializing in different areas. The amount of members is constantly increasing.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: BSCSIF is cooperating with a number of NGOs from the member-countries in the above mentioned areas of activities.
