    Organizational structure: The Administrative Council leads the Organization and approves the programs that take place in it. The implementation of the Programs is responsibility of the Departments within the Foundation. These Departments implement the programs and report to the President. The President of the Foundation is responsible for the executive representation of the Foundation and coordination of the Activities across Departments when required. The accountability department assists the President in its Administrative and accounting functions. Annually Fundacion Biosfera submits reports to the National Government.
