    Organizational structure: LCZT organogram is as follows. The Executive director lead the organisation. The Programme Coordinator is overally responsible for coordinating projects being implemented by 4 programme Officers. The Programme Officers are in direct control of the projects and work according to their areas of focus. Below programme Officers are 8 assistants who also conduct outreach visits to identify and register children together with the rehabilitation technician. The accountant is responsible for the financial aspects of the projects and works together with the director.
    Number and type of members: There are 16 full time members and 4 volunteers who alternate according to projects. The organisation have one executive directo and programmes coordinator. Below the programmes coordinator are four programm officers and below them are 8 project assistants 2 per each officer. Ther is also a rehabilitation technician, a fundraisng officer as well as a public relations officer.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Works with a network of 35 partner organisations that are key in the disability sector comprising of the Zimbabwe Association of Parents for Handicapped Children, ZIMCARE and Jairosi Jiri Association.
