    Organizational structure: The organization is led by the board of directors which ensures that all activities of the organization are aimed at achieving it's mission statement. The Management team are responsible for the design,planning,implementation,monitoring,evaluation and reporting of all programs and projects carried out by the organization. The program staff and volunteers are supervised by the management team to implement task individually or in groups.
