The organs of the Association are: - The General Assembly (GA): the supreme authority of the ICCA Consortium, composed of all its Members and Honorary members (only Members have voting rights, but Honorary members participate in shaping all positions; preferred decision making modality is consensus) - The Council represents the GA and is composed of up to 30 elected members - The Auditor of Accounts: also elected by the GA The Consortium also has a technical team composed of: - President - Global Coordinator - Treasurer - Programme Manager - Programme & Communication Officer - International Policy Coordinator - Accountant and Regional Coordinators (24 in total as of June 2017 -- in Africa, Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America) |

As of November 2018, the ICCA Consortium comprises 140 Members (organisations) and 317 Honorary members (individuals). Current Members, Honorary members and partners of the ICCA Consortium are listed on the web page: www.iccaconsortium.org The Members of the ICCA Consortium are customary and/or formal organisations from any country or territory, with involvement, experience and commitment in governing and/or supporting ICCAs at regional, national and/or international levels. For-profit corporations are excluded from membership. Honorary members are individuals or organisations with demonstrated capacity and commitment towards the mission of the ICCA Consortium. |
