    Organizational structure: Professional staff consists of a total of 23 employees, 13 in headquarters, 10 in the field. The highest authority of the organization resides in the Board of Directors which consists of 14 members from various countries. The Board has various committees for oversight of different areas of the organization. Senior management consists of the Founding Director who supervises fundraising and the Managing Director who supervises all other functions. These two officers report to the Board. Additionally, these two officers, plus the heads of other key functional areas, form the Management Committee of the organization.
    Number and type of members: Cambridge, MA, USA headquarters: 13 full-time staff (12 based in Cambridge, 1 based in Burlington, VT) Quetzaltenango, Guatemala Regional Office: 6 full-time staff. Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Belize: 1 full-time country program officer in each country.
