    Organizational structure: The Foundation is headed by a board of trustees, composed with 9 members mainly from the private sector, which has individually his/her own area of expertise (finance, law, environment, biology, economy...). This board gives the strategic direction, whereas an Executive Director (along with a staff) is in charge of the implementation of the activities.
    Number and type of members: 9 members of the board and 5 staff members (4 additional staff members will be recruited this year)
