    Organizational structure: The organisation structure emanates from: Board of Directors Executive Director Management Committee Departmental heads for PHC, Youth, Women, Outreach/community responses Community Health workers Communities and Families
    Number and type of members: Our Staff: Clients are serviced by a team of 7 full time staff and over 50 part time volunteers; these including the women and youth. The organisation has a team of 12 Board of Directors both men and women to advise, render technical advise, fundraising and resource mobilisation. Ownership of the Organisation: The organisation is owned by the members of the community who form the board and manage the organisation on a voluntary basis.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Uganda Community Based Association for Child welfare (UCOBAC) and Huairou Commission/Groots international
