    Organizational structure: The organisation is made up of experts who provide extension services to farmers and community members by sharing technical expertise in livelihood empowerment, environmental governance, forest and natural resource management. It also involves tree planting volunteers at the regional and local levels who help communities to plant trees and restore degraded lands.
