TAYOA Organizational Structure comprises of a Board of Trustees that defines overall strategic direction of the organization. The Board of Trustees is currently chaired
by Ambassador Charles Sanga, a diplomat, and composes members from different backgrounds including civil societies, law and public services. The management is formed by committed staff under the leadership of the Country Director Mr Peter Masika who is supported by Deputy Country Director Dr Emmanuel Matechi, departmental Managers and technical Advisors. |
