Mission statement:	The Human Rights Consortium is an alliance of groups working to ensure a human rights based society which includes a strong and inclusive Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland that is based on international standards. We are a coalition comprised of around two hundred member organisations from a range of community and voluntary groups, NGOs and Trade Unions drawn from all sections of the community and all parts of Northern Ireland.
