    Organizational structure: There is a President, a COO, and a Board of Directors that are made up of nationals of the US, Peru and China.
    Number and type of members: We have approximately 50 members in the NY-Tri State area, others in Washington, including former US Congressional Rep. the Hon. Lester Wolff. In China, we have outreach to a number of schools, but we charge no dues for joining WHF.
