Organizational structure: |
Chief Executive with a Board of Trustees. The structure of the organization is divided into 6 main programs based on activities. Placements, Training, Research, Bursaries, Outreach, and Education. Each unit has a leader. The main international presence is in our Placements which are 3-12months for British engineering students with partner NGOs in-country. |

4 paid staff. 250 day-to-day volunteers. 34 branches across the UK with some 4,500 student members. Each year there are 30-50 students on placements throughout the world with partner organizations. |
