Management and Governance
MFK’s Board of Directors comprises 11 people with a President, Treasurer, Secretary and Country Director for Kenya, and other members. Under the Board is a Senior Management Team (SMT) composed of the Heads of Department/Directors of Health Programs, Administration and Finance and Human Resource responsible for strategic and tactical management of the organization. The SMT is supported by Managers and staff who handle tactical and day to day operations. MFK is a 52 member team led by the Country Director. |
