Fondaterra is a partnership foundation since 2009, after having been an association for 5 years. It is constituted by 4 founder members (one university - University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, 3 industrial groups - EDF, GDF SUEZ and Vinci Construction). The other partners also participate by being represented in the different boards, as they are currently present in the foundation’s projects. Thus it is a private-public foundation but acting for public interest, which is written in its legal statuses.
The foundation is run by a board of directors, who vote its annual programs. A scientific committee meets 2 times a year in order to consider projects and give some advices. It has a consultative function.
On the executive field, the foundation is managed by a director working with 4 project managers, responsible for each field of development. |
