Mission statement:	Research Center of Pathways and Self Fulfillment, a nonprofit NGO development which has the primary mission of "Promoting the development and autonomy. Research Center of Pathways Fulfillment and Self-advocates the sharing of information through dialogue and collaboration and connects social structures and cultural knowledge, experience and resources to their members need to improve their lives by putting particular emphasis to the development and autonomy. He works specifically with any individual or group that is dedicated heart and soul to the promotion of integral development, especially in poverty reduction. Research Center of Pathways and Self Fulfillment helps young people identify their own solutions to challenges they face in development. To build capacity, these structures can be supported at all times on the Research Center of Pathways and Self-Fulfillment and our wide range of partners. Research Center of Pathways Fulfillment and Autonomy aims to: 1. Promote the sharing of information through dialogue and cooperation through sports, cultural and artistic exchanges between the ages for youth and women; 2. Assist non-governmental organizations, movements and associations of women in the design, development and evaluation of projects realization and independence; 3. Foster peaceful coexistence between different communities (civilian, police and military) to restore mutual trust and consolidating peace; 4. Participate in the realization of government actions for the well being of youth, women, civilians, policemen and soldiers; 5. Promote initiatives on the processing of primary resources in real wealth to lead to the development, autonomy and poverty reduction. 6. Promote respect for human rights while placing special emphasis on gender equality and empower women and on children's rights; 7. Repsect to promote environmental and linguistic and cultural diversity through art and all other channels of communications; 8. Educate the Congolese against all epidemics such as HIV / AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, cholera, etc. ... finally reduce the mortality rates caused by these diseases in Congolese society.
