    Organizational structure: Our foundation works with three main strategies: 1- Public - private partnerships 2- Corporate Social Responsibility 3- NGO Capacity Building This strategies are materialized in four Programs: 1- "ParticipAR" (Citizen participation) 2- "Escuelas por el Cambio" (Education) 3- "EmpleARse" (Employability) 4- "Comunidades Sustentables" (Local Development) Each Program has its own projects that are renewed generally every year with probably new objectives, beneficiaries and improvements.
    Number and type of members: Our foundation is divided into: a- Board: 10 people. b- Staff: 10 people full time, 6 part-time, and volunteers that go up to 10 depending each year.
