Organizational structure: |
CECODHAS HOUSING EUROPE, the European federation of social, cooperative and public housing, is organized in three sections and three working groups. Chairmen of the sections and working groups, together with CECODHAS President form the management board.
CECODHAS shall be administered by a board of directors, known as the Executive Committee, comprising the President and a representative for each member country of the EU.
The General Assembly, composed by representatives of all member organisations, has supreme authority. It alone has the power to rule, among other things, on:
a. the programme of activities presented by the President and the budget plan for the forth-coming financial year;
b. the approval of the annual accounts submitted by the President on the recommendation of the President and the Executive Committee.
c. the admission of new members and the expulsion of existing members;
d. the election of the President, the Treasurer and the Auditors;
e. amendments of the statutes;
f. adoption of Rules of Procedures and amendments.

CECODHAS Housing Europe is the European Federation of Public, Cooperative & Social Housing - a network of 45 national and regional federations which together gather about 41 400 public, voluntary and cooperative housing providers in 19 countries. Altogether they manage over 27 million homes, about 12% of existing dwellings in the EU.
